This was a petition filed in the county court of Morgan county by the appellant, as executor of the last will and testament of William C. Clark, deceased, in which it was represented to the court that one Hardin G. Keplinger had in his possession and under his control certain goods, chattels, moneys, books of account, mortgages and other evidences of indebtedness which were the property of the estate of the said William C.
