This is a bill to impeach a decree between the same parties,-for fraud in procuring the same. The grounds relied on to establish the fraud are, that Leary, the solicitor of the complainants in this ease, for the sum of $356 paid him by the building society, sold out his clients, and entered into a stipulation that a decree should be entered against them for the sum of $24,785.56, (a sum much greater than they owed,) without their knowledge or consent, and that the society had notice, before taking its decree for the sum agreed upon by the solicitor, that he had no authority to make such…
