In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendant appeals from so much of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered August 12, 1999, as, upon a jury verdict, is in favor of the plaintiff and against him in the principal sum of $127,214, and the plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of the same order and judgment as denied her motion for prejudgment interest.
