Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Bradley, J.), entered July 19,1982 in Albany County, which granted defendant’s motion for discovery of letters written by plaintiff Joan L. Graf to her physician. The underlying action is to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from a two-car automobile accident which occurred on December 5, 1977.
