According to the Complaint, Defendant’s motion, Plaintiffs response (Doc. No. 19), and the Affidavits filed by the parties, Plaintiff Keepsake, Inc. and Defendant PSI Industries, Inc. were parties to an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement regarding a product (a disposable, single-use camera that creates pictures with printed messages) using certain technology developed and patented by Plaintiff.
