These are appeals from orders of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, entered on the 12th day of November, 1926, in the chancery cause of I. B. Farmer et al. v. Tobacco Growers’ Co-operative Association, in which cause the appellees herein had been appointed receivers of said Co-operative Association, and, as such receivers, had petitioned said court for a rule against the appellants requiring them to turn over to said receivers certain tobacco in their possession, alleged to be the property of the Tobacco Growers’ Co-operative…
