Appellant, Wayne Richards, was convicted by a jury of first degree murder and was sentenced by the Hempstead County Circuit Court to 40 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal we affirm.

About 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 1982, the victim’s body was found on the freeway in Hempstead County a few miles outside of Prescott.
