Plaintiff in error was indicted, tried and convicted in the criminal court of Cook county of the crime of robbery. The case is here on writ of error.
Thomas J. White testified that on the evening of March 26, 1921, while he was sitting in an automobile with a girl friend, just south of the German building, in Jackson Park, two men approached him, one on either side of his car.
