Defendant-Appellant Jeremy Lawrence raises a single narrow issue for our consideration on appeal. Could a law enforcement officer objectively and reasonably believe that a driver had violated the Massachusetts marked lanes statute, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 89, § 4A, after observing the right two wheels of the driver’s vehicle cross a “fog line” 1 by approximately two feet while traveling on a two-lane road?
