Appellees, husband and wife, owners of a home on 11th Street, N.E., were desirous of purchasing a better home, and consulted Sol Sickle, senior partner of a partnership known as Sol Investment Company, which dealt in real estate matters. The partnership had been recommended to *814appellees as “honest people” who would “give us a nice deal.” After some negotiations, the Sickle firm prepared a so-called “exchange contract” between appel-lees and one Grace Murphy, an employee of the firm who acted in the transaction entirely as a straw party for the firm.
