I,Ethan and Mecca Rose (hereinafter collectively “Plaintiffs”) appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in the favor of Liberty- Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Doerle Food Services, L.L.C. (hereinafter collectively “Defendants”). - ■ For the. following reasons, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
