MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

WILLIAM E. SMITH, District Judge.

Defendant Joseph Caramadre filed a Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea (the “Motion to Withdraw” or the “Motion”) in this matter. (ECF No. 122.) The Motion has been extensively briefed and was the subject of a four-day evidentiary hearing (the “Hearing”). For the reasons stated at the *165conclusion of the Hearing, and set forth in more detail herein, the Court found the Motion to be entirely meritless, bordering on frivolous, and denied it from the Bench. This memorandum explains this conclusion in more detail.
