Plaintiff Michael Zack (“Zack” or the “Plaintiff’) has moved to remand the proposed class action, on behalf of himself and other similarity situated individuals, to the Supreme Court for the State of New York, New York County (the “State Court”), pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
