In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Department of Social Services, dated September 9, 1986, which withheld Medicaid payments to the petitioner Total Care Health Industries, Inc. to offset overpayments to another defunct corporation, the appeal is from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kassoff, J.), dated October 13, 1987, which granted the petition, reversed the determination, and ordered payment to the petitioner Total Care Health Industries, Inc.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
