Bruce Hudson and his wife, Janie Hudson, brought suit against California Federal Savings & Loan Association (“the bank”) 1 and its service corporation, Savers Investment Corporation (“the service corporation”), 2 seeking to recover damages arising from the alleged breach of a real estate development contract between Bruce Hudson and the service corporation.
