MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The procedural history and facts of this case are thoroughly summarized by this Court in Stewart v. Barnhart, 402 F.Supp.2d 355, 356-359 (D.Mass.2005) (“Stewart I ”). A quick review of the pertinent facts, however, is helpful. The claimant, William M. Stewart (“Stewart”), began experiencing health problems in 1985 and in 1988 was finally diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Id. at 356.
