Linda Grizzle, as next friend of her minor daughter Brentley G. Grizzle, (Grizzle) brought this action on her own behalf and on behalf of a class for damages caused to trust accounts by the merger/swap of Frost National Bank (Frost) in Dallas, Texas, with Texas Commerce Bank, N.A. (TCB) in Corpus Christi, Texas. The proposed class of plaintiffs includes the beneficiaries of the trusts managed by the two banks as of April 1994.
