NORTHCUTT, Justice.
This was an action brought by .appellee, plaintiffs in the trial court, in trespass to try title as well as for damages. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Judgment was entered awarding appellee title and possession of the land in question together with judgment in the sum. of $1,-125. This appeal was perfected by transcript only, The original transcript was filed, in. this Court on June 22, 1955. On.
