This is an action by the purchasers of a used automobile, George W. Warner III and Virginia C. Warner (the Warners), to recover damages from the dealer-seller, Reagan Buick, Inc. (Reagan), for breach of contract, breach of express and implied warranties, and violation of the Nebraska Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
