Ting Fraser was indicted for assault with intent to murder and was convicted of stabbing. The questions for determination are presented by the judgment overruling the motion for new trial as amended. The evidence for the State is in effect that, without sufficient provocation, the defendant stabbed another with a hack-cutter. Unquestionably the evidence supports the verdict.
