after stating tbe facts: It seems to us, after making a careful analysis of this case, tbat tbe question presented by it is largely one of fact. Defendants contended tbat there was no evidence of a delivery of tbe certificate of stock to Catherine A. Zollieoffer or to any one for ber. If there was such evidence, then it was tbe province of tbe jury to pass upon it and decide tbe issue. Tbe certificate bad been issued to Mrs. Thomas, and it does not appear to have been denied, and it would be vain to deny, tbat sbe wished to give it to ber granddaughter, tbe ward of tbe plaintiff.…
