This is a mandamus proceeding, instituted in the name of the People, by various relators, including the school treasurer of the township, against appellant, both individually and as county collector, seeking to compel the said county collector to account to and pay over certain school moneys collected from taxes and claimed to be levied for the use of Community High School District No. 307, in Christian county, to the proper officer in its behalf.
