Metropolitan Court for Dade County v. Bishop

As expressed in the majority opinion, I have set forth my reasons for reversal in my dissenting opinion in Trujillo v. State, Fla.App.1966, 187 So.2d 390.

Inasmuch as the majority of the court do riot agree with the opinions expressed therein, I therefore concur in this opinion.
