These are three certiorari proceedings to review assessments in the town of Cortlandt in Westchester county, and the town of Highlands in Orange county, and the town of Stony Point in Rockland county. The assessments are all against property of the Bear Mountain Hudson River Bridge Company and each assessment is against the part of the bridge company’s property claimed by the town assessors to be located in their respective towns.
