The instant adversary proceeding was commenced on March 6, 1992 by Donald R. Bennett (“Debtor”) and Robert E. Little-field, Jr., Esq., the Chapter 12 Trustee (“Trustee”) (collectively the “Plaintiffs) against Genoa Ag Center, Inc. (“Genoa”), Richard and Sandra Sharp (“Sharps”), Douglas and Marjorie Van Benschoten (“Van Benschotens”) and Farm Credit of Western New York, ACA (“Farm Credit”). 1
