MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARTHUR N. VOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Heard on February 22 and 27,1980 on the request of the United States Trustee for an order authorizing the appointment of an examiner. This request asserts that the proposed appointment is in the best interest of the estate because of a need to investigate allegations of fraud regarding the valuation of certain real property listed in the original schedule of assets of the debtor, and later amended downward.
