This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court dismissing the complaint, which sought specific performance of a contract for the sale of a lot of land in Timmonsville, Florence County. The decree gave no reason for the dismissal beyond stating that the plaintiff failed to establish his right to the relief sought.
