This is a suit for specific performance of an option agreement or, alternatively, for damages for breach thereof. The appellant, Robert A. Mann, the optionee, was plaintiff in the trial court. The appel-lee, Jack Perry, was the optionor and was defendant in the trial court. The other ap-pellees, who also were defendants in the trial court, are First Security National Bank of Beaumont, Beaumont, Texas, Continental Bank of Houston, Houston, Texas, Walter M.
