Robert Wayne Patane (Licensee) appeals from a June 27, 2017 Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (common pleas). By order dated March 28, 2017, common pleas denied Licensee's appeal from a one-year suspension of his operating privilege imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT), under Section 1547(b)(1)(i) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.
