MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before this Court upon the Complaint to Deny Discharge filed by the Trustee in this voluntary bankruptcy proceeding. The complaint alleges that the Defendant-Debtors failed to maintain adequate records of their business activities so as to qualify them for discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3). A Trial was held on this Complaint and the parties have submitted post-trial briefs arguing their respective positions.
