Ahern appeals the decision of the defendant commissioner of the department of social services denying the plaintiff's application for Medicaid benefits. Her appeal is brought pursuant to General Statutes §§ 17b-65 and4-183. In her appeal, the plaintiff claims that it was clearly erroneous for the defendant to conclude that the principal of a trust was an asset available to her. The court agrees.
