In an action for breach of contract and trademark violation, defendant Fantasy Inc. is seeking an order transferring the action, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Plaintiffs oppose the motion and move, pursuant to Rule 15(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for leave to file a second amended complaint.
