Tbe defendants have appealed from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of tbe plaintiffs, for $1,680 damages, for gravel taken by defendants without permission from plaintiff’s land in tbe defendant county in June and July of 1951, and used for surfacing one of tbe nearby roads of said county.
