HOLCOMB, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant of the crime of engaging in organized criminal activity by conspiring to commit the offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and sentenced him to 62 years in prison. In his first point, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.
