STATEMENT OF CASE

Walter Solomon, was indicted for: (1) second degree murder; (2) distribution of heroin; (3) possession with intent to distribute cocaine; (4) possession with intent to distribute heroin; (5) possession with intent to distribute marijuana; and (6 & 7) two counts of distribution of cocaine.1 Solomon pled not guilty at his arraignment and the trial court subsequently denied his motions to suppress the evidence and statement.
