PHIPPS, Chief Judge.

Fourteen-year-old O. L. was adjudicated delinquent for committing the offense of possession of a handgun by a person under the age of 18 years,1 and for committing acts that, if committed by an adult, *641would have constituted aggravated assault2 and misdemeanor obstruction of an officer (two counts).3
