delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order granting an injunction ex parte on a hill of complaint for specific performance of a contract for the sale and distribution of certain machinery, and also praying for an accounting for profits which the defendants are alleged to have made through violations of such contract.
