The appellee-libelant, Gr.eorge Naliikipi Kiakona, brought his action of divorce in the circuit court of the second judicial circuit against Abbie W. Kiakona, appellant-libelee, alleging desertion. Mrs. Kiakona joined issue and set up by way of her cross libel a cause for divorce'from appellee upon the ground of the failure of appellee to provide her with suitable maintenance and support for a continuous period of more than sixty days.
