Appellees, Stephen Cox and his children, filed their bill in the circuit court of Jasper county for a mandatory injunction commanding the appellants, Ransom Deverick and Otto Crandall, to remove a dam or obstruction alleged to have been placed by them in a common water-course or ditch.
