In a proceeding to confirm an arbitration award, in which respondents cross-petitioned to vacate the award, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 24, 1979, that denied the application to confirm and granted the cross petition to vacate. Judgment reversed, on. the law, without costs or disbursements, petition to confirm granted and cross petition to vacate denied.
