TAMILIA, J.:

¶ 1 I vote to join the majority memorandum but write separately to provide a more specific delineation as to what the trial court must consider in preparing a record upon remand to meet the directions of this Court for a thorough review of the evidence leading to a determination of the best interest of the child regarding visitation.
