We have consolidated the appeals in these related cases stemming from P&J Beverage Corporation d/b/a Forrest Road Package Store's lawsuit seeking a writ of mandamus to prevent Columbus 1 from issuing an alcoholic beverage license to The Bottle Shop, LLC, and then seeking to revoke the license once issued.
