Hodge, Chief Justice.
J.G., a minor, appeals from a March 9, 2013 Order issued by the Family Division of Superior Court of the Virgin *350Islands, which directed that he be transferred to the Criminal Division. We reject his Fourth and Fifth Amendment challenges, and his argument that the Superior Court lacked jurisdiction or erred by remanding him to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections. Furthermore, we conclude that even if the trial court impermissibly took judicial notice of J.G.’s age, any error was harmless, and we hold that the trial court did not abuse…
