This action was brought by the appellee against the appellant, to recover on an account for piping furnished to be used in the construction of waterworks in the city of Eufaula, and to have a lien, as for materials supplied, declared and enforced against a certain one-acre lot belonging to the defendant, situated just beyond the corporate limits of said city.
