Frederick Moses, the defendant in this case, was indicted with William Perkins and Edward Gaston in the criminal court of Cook County for the crime of armed robbery. Moses was tried separately. A jui-y found him guilty and he was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than ten nor more than twenty years. The case is here on writ of error.
