DOYLE, Justice.

This case involves an appeal from a temporary injunction to enforce the non-competition provisions of employment contracts between Aline Kees, Martha Jane Tucker, Mike Hutchins and Miles Anthony Joanen (appellants) and Medical Directors (appel-lee).
