Aceshunn Brown, an inmate at a federal prison, timely filed the instant motion for sentencing relief on the ground that his a prior conviction for attempted second-degree robbery in New York State no longer qualifies as a “violent felony” under the Armed Career Criminal Act (“ACCA”).
