¶ 0 This office has received your request for an official Attorney General Opinion in which you ask, in effect, the following question:

In November 2001, the City of Oklahoma City will present toits voters a limited term sales tax, the proceeds to be used onpublic school facilities within the city's corporate limits,pursuant to the Oklahoma Municipal Utility Revenue Bond Act, 11O.S.
