By Memorandum Opinion and Order entered on December 6, 2010 (the “Order”), a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, Magistrate Judge Henry Pitman, to whom this matter had been referred for supervision of pretrial proceedings, granted a motion by plaintiff Francis Carling (“Carling”) to affirm in part and vacate in part certain orders issued by the arbitrators presiding over a proceeding between Carling and defendant Kristan Peters (“Peters”) that relates to some aspects of the dispute before this Court.…
