Plaintiff Michael Kriegel (“Plaintiff’ or “Kriegel”) brings this disability discrimination and First Amendment action against the State of Rhode Island (“State”) and several of its officers (collectively with the State, “Defendants”) for: (I) violation of the Rhode Island Fair Employment Practices Act (“FEPA”), R.I.
